Sample selection
Sampling of all raw materials, additives and packaging supplied to the enterprise are made by the forces of WellProp LLC laboratory.
Input control
Information on the quality characteristics of raw materials and auxiliary components entering production is a key to provide quality stability. Therefore, all incoming materials undergo a thorough, comprehensive input control, starting with an external inspection and confirmation of compliance with the plant’s requirements, ending with a full chemical analysis and the production process’ modeling in the laboratory.
Quality control in the workplace
Quality control in production is carried out at all stages of the product life cycle. At each site, sampling is carried out with subsequent testing, which resulted in the decision is promptly taken on the need for adjustments to the processes and production modes. The constant exchange of information between the laboratory and production allows to flexibly respond to changes.
Finished products shipmen
The laboratory team work and the logistics department allows timely sampling and carrying out incoming control of raw materials.
Each unit of production has its own unique number and is accompanied by tags to identify the date of manufacture.

There is a constant search for alternative raw materials for the production of new types products with the properties necessary for the client.
Innovative developments are highly valued and have the support of management, which allows to move with the times, meeting modern requirements and new needs of market consumers
Pilot production
WellProp LLC has all the necessary laboratory equipment, which allows to accurately model the production conditions of proppants at the plant. This allows to issue accurate recipes for the production of current products types and the introduction of new ones in the production chain.
Samples of products are regularly sent to independent laboratories and their quality is confirmed by reports.

The presence of our own laboratory and certified trained personnel allows WellProp to conduct the necessary research and testing of products, provide input control of raw materials and output control of product quality.

New product development
The laboratory also develops products for a special order with special technical characteristics that meet the specific tasks of the client.
The company’s development was the RCP (Resin Coated Proppant) polymer-coated proppants, so that the resulting consolidation pack would prevent the proppants from coming back. At the same time, high permeability values are maintained.
